Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with JYXEREM. We are committed to processing orders quickly and providing reliable, trackable international delivery.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during periods of unusually high order volume may require an additional 1–2 business days.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

Shipping Origin

Most JYXEREM products are shipped directly from our fulfillment center in China.

Shipping directly from our fulfillment center allows us to inspect, pack, and dispatch each order carefully before shipment.

Shipping Method

We use fast and trackable international shipping services.

The carrier and shipping route are selected according to the destination country, package size, and available delivery services. Our goal is to use the most efficient available shipping method for each order.

The final delivery may be completed by a local carrier in the destination country.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within approximately 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Destination country or region

  • Customs clearance

  • Local carrier operations

  • Public holidays

  • Severe weather

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number or tracking link.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

If tracking does not update immediately, please allow additional time for the carrier’s system to process the shipment.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully check the following information before placing your order:

  • Recipient name

  • Street address

  • Apartment or unit number

  • City

  • State or province

  • Postal code

  • Country

  • Telephone number

If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may be able to update the address before the order is dispatched. Once the package has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

JYXEREM is not responsible for delivery failures, returns, or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned because of an address error, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be shipped again.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable in these situations.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are generally the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated during checkout.

JYXEREM does not control customs processing times or fees charged by local authorities.

Customers are responsible for understanding the import requirements of their country or region before placing an order.

Customs Delays

Occasionally, packages may be delayed during customs inspection or clearance.

Customs delays are outside our direct control and are not included in the normal delivery estimate.

We will provide available tracking information and assist with shipment inquiries when possible.

Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please first check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Please allow several additional business days for temporary delays caused by customs, weather, public holidays, or local carriers.

If the tracking information has not updated for an extended period, contact us with your order number and we will help investigate the shipment.

Delivered but Not Received

If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check your mailbox, front door, reception area, garage, or other safe delivery locations.

  2. Ask household members, neighbors, building management, or reception staff.

  3. Contact the local delivery carrier using the tracking number.

  4. Contact us if the package still cannot be located.

JYXEREM is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. However, we will assist you in reviewing the available tracking information.

Lost Packages

If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the carrier, please contact us with your order number.

We will review the shipment status and provide an appropriate solution based on the carrier’s investigation and the circumstances of the order.

Damaged Packages or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the package and shipping label

We will review the information and provide an appropriate solution.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or returned because the customer did not complete required customs procedures may not qualify for a full refund.

Any original shipping costs, return shipping charges, customs fees, or carrier handling fees may be deducted from the refund.
