Where are your products shipped from?

Most JYXEREM products are shipped directly from our fulfillment center in China.

Shipping directly from our fulfillment center allows us to carefully inspect, pack, and dispatch each order while offering our latest products to customers worldwide.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

We normally process and dispatch orders within 24 hours after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume may require an additional 1–2 business days.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered in approximately 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, local carrier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or remote delivery locations.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

What shipping method do you use?

We select fast and trackable international shipping services based on the destination country and the size of the package.

Our goal is to use the most efficient available shipping route for each order rather than relying on slower standard postal services.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You can track your package using the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.

If the tracking information has not updated for several days, please contact us and we will help check the shipment status.

Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may be charged by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are generally the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated during checkout.

What should I do if my package is delayed?

Occasional delays may occur because of customs clearance, local carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, or incorrect delivery information.

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate the shipment.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

We may be able to update the address before the order is dispatched. Once the package has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

What happens if I enter the wrong address?

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be sent again.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
